Upon payment confirmation, refunds and order cancellation will not be allowed.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product if:
a) The item you received is damaged or not working
b) The item you received is not what you ordered

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Prices listed on our website does not include any additional surcharges including but not limited to import tax and duties. These surcharges will be borne by the buyer. 

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. In the rare event that an error arises, we reserve the right to rectify any errors without prior notice.

If your order has been affected by an error, we reserve the right to reject your order. We will contact you with an explanation and amend your order.

DELIVERY

We will put in our best efforts to make sure that you receive your order as fast as possible. However, there are many factors affecting delivery times that are beyond our control as we engage third party logistics companies to deliver your item. By placing an order, you agree that we cannot be held liable once your order leaves our facility and that the buyer has sole ownership over the item.

If you are unable to receive the goods upon delivery or have entered an incorrect/incomplete address, the cost of redelivery will be borne by you. Alternatively, you may collect the item from our facility after making an appointment.

INDEMNITY

You agree that we will not be held liable for any injury, damages, expenses or claims arising from your use or misuse of our products and services.
